The holidays are right around the corner, and that means it’s time to start contemplating which cocktails you’ll be sipping this winter season! With millions of recipes to choose from online – many of which are on our Stella Rosa website – choosing the right cocktail can be overwhelming. We want to make your choice easier when selecting the perfect cocktail to enjoy during your holiday Stellabrations, so we created this simple guide that includes some of our favorites!

JUST PEACHY CIDER

Serves 4-5 people

Just Peachy Cider Cocktail 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bottle Stella Rosa Peach, chilled
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Chop the apples and slice the orange into small pieces, then place in the bottom of a large pitcher along with pomegranate seeds. Add cinnamon sticks, cider, club soda, Stella Rosa Peach, cinnamon, and honey to the pitcher, then pour in vodka. Mix well, serve over ice with fresh fruit, and taste our Just Peachy Cider! Cinnamon, sweetener, and/or alcohol can be adjusted as desired!

JINGLE BUZZ

Serves 6-8 people

Jingle Buzz Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bottle Stella Rosa Pearl Lux Rosé, chilled
  • 1/2 bottle (750ml) Whipped Vodka
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle of 7-Up, chilled
  • 1 grapefruit, sliced
  • 1 cup of cranberries
  • 1 cup of grapefruit juice
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cup of blackberries

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a large pitcher filled with ice, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Serve over ice and garnish with an orange slice and more blackberries!

PEPPERMINT PROSECCO

Serves 2-4 people

Peppermint Prosecco

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pour melted chocolate onto a small plate. Pour crushed candy canes onto a separate plate. For each glass, first gently press rim of the glass into melted chocolate, then gently press the rim in crushed candy canes until thoroughly coated. Pour Stella Rosa Prosecco in each glass, garnish with a full candy cane, and enjoy!

BLACK SANGRIA

Serves 2-3 people

Black Sangria Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bottle of Stella Rosa Black
  • 1 cup of seedless red grapes
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 red apple, cored and cut into 1/2 inch wedges
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup of orange juice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all the ingredients except the orange juice and Stella Rosa Black in a punch bowl and let sit for at least 1 hour. Stir in the orange juice and Stella Rosa Black into the punch bowl. Serve cocktail from punchbowl in ice-filled wine glasses, and enjoy!
