Watermelon Sugar


- 3 oz Stella Rosa® Watermelon
- 1 oz mezcal
- 3 large basil leaves
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup


  1. Gently muddle basil leaves into bottom of shaker tin.
  2. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and mezcal to tin and shake with ice for ten seconds.
  3. Fine strain into a wine glass with ice.
  4. Top with Stella Rosa® Watermelon and garnish with a fresh basil sprig.
