- 3 oz Stella Rosa® Watermelon
- 1 oz mezcal
- 3 large basil leaves
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Gently muddle basil leaves into bottom of shaker tin.
- Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and mezcal to tin and shake with ice for ten seconds.
- Fine strain into a wine glass with ice.
- Top with Stella Rosa® Watermelon and garnish with a fresh basil sprig.
