Watermelon Mojito

INGREDIENTS

4 oz. Stella Rosa Watermelon, chilled
1 oz. white rum
2 oz. lemon juice
2 oz. soda water
6 mint leaves
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

In a cocktail glass, add in all ingredients except for Stella Rosa Watermelon. Next, pour in the rum and gently stir. Top off with Stella Rosa Watermelon and garnish with a lime slice and mint sprig.
