- 6 oz Stella Rosa® Watermelon
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 10 watermelon cubes*
- To make watermelon cubes: freeze 1’x1’ watermelon cubes overnight in a freezer-safe container.
- Blend ingredients until you have a nice creamy texture. If you need more liquid, remember you have ¼ of a can left.
- Garnish with mint and a pinch of salt and enjoy!
