Vin Brûlé

Makes: 1 large pitcher


• 2 bottles of Stella Rosa® Rosso
• 2 Oranges
• 1 Cinnamon stick
• 1 tsp. allspice berries
• 6 whole cloves
• ¾ to 1 cup sugar
• Brandy
• Oranges (for garnish)


1. Remove peel from orange with a peeler and cut orange in half to squeeze out juice.
2. In a large pot, add wine, spices, orange peel, and ¾ sugar over low heat. Let simmer for 5 minutes then reduce heat to low and let sit for another 5 minutes.
3. Add a splash or more of brandy and desired sugar to the pot, depending on your preference. Ladle out, making sure not to pick up any of the spices or serve in a mug with orange garnishes and enjoy!
