Mix whisky, Stella Rosa Rosé, rose syrup, grapefruit juice, and sparkling water in a pitcher. Squeeze lime juice on rim of glass and then coat with sugar. Pour over ice in glass and top with sparkling water. Optional- add a drop of purple food coloring Add blackberries, and mint for garnish!
