Spicy Mango Margarita
- 4 oz Stella Rosa® Tropical Mango
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 mango, cubed
- 1 jalapeño
- chili powder (for rim)
- Lime wheel and mango slice (for garnish)
- Roast jalapeño over an open flame (whether on a grill or stove top) until charred in some places.
- Muddle together charred jalapeño slices and mango cubes in a cocktail shaker. Then, add other liquid ingredients and gently stir.
- Strain mixture into chili powder-lined glasses over ice and garnish with a lime wheel and mango slice. Enjoy!
