- 1 can Stella Rosa® Blueberry
- 2 oz spiced rum
- 1 oz cinnamon simple syrup
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- Juice of half a lemon
Shake rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, and ice vigorously in a cocktail shaker until the pineapple juice creates a nice foam. Fill two highball glasses with fresh ice and split one can of Stella Rosa® Blueberry between the two glasses. Strain the cocktail mixture over the ice-filled glasses. Garnish with a lemon wheel sprinkled with cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.
