Rind Down


- 1 ½ oz Stella Rosa® Watermelon
- ¾ oz reposado tequila
- ½ oz watermelon gomme syrup
- ½ oz Meyer lemon juice
- ¼ oz dry curacao
- ¼ oz sea salt saline solution (5%)


Add ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously for 30 seconds, double strain through a mesh strainer into a coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel swath.
