Peachy Keen
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Stella Rosa® Peach
1 peach, fresh or frozen
1 ½ oz bourbon
1 oz aperol
1-2 oz simple syrup
1 lemon for juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut up peach or defrost if frozen and add to a cocktail shaker.
Add Stella Rosa® Peach, bourbon, Aperol, and simple syrup to cocktail shaker and muddle.
Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake.
Strain into glass over ice and enjoy!
