Paradise Spice

Prep time: ~25 mins, 2 servings

Ingredients: 

• 4 oz Stella Rosa® Prosecco
• 1 (6 oz) can of Dole® Pineapple Mango juice
• Stella Rosa® Sparkles (Pink and Gold)
• Jalapeño slices
• 2 oz tequila
• Lime slices
• Large ice cubes

Directions:

1. In a shaker, add tequila and 3 jalapeño slices, let sit for 20 minutes.
2. Pour Dole® Pineapple Mango juice and a squeeze of lime juice into the shaker. If desired, add a dash of Gold Stella Rosa® Sparkles for a glittery effect. Gently stir and set aside.
3. Dip the rim of your glass in lime juice and coat evenly with Pink Stella Rosa® Sparkles.
4. In the glass, add 1-2 large ice cubes and a lime slice. Strain mixture into glass.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and cheers!
