- 4 oz Stella Rosa® Tropical Mango
- ½ oz passionfruit juice
- ¾ oz white rum
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Shake all but sparkling water with ice. Strain into glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with mango slices, mint sprig, and cocktail umbrella.
