1. Place 4 cups of diced watermelon cubes in a plastic bag and freeze overnight.
2. Pour Stella Rosa® Watermelon into 2 ice cube trays and let freeze overnight.
3. Pour rest of wine into blender, along with frozen watermelon, vodka, and Stella Rosa Watermelon ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour slushy into a bowl-shaped carved watermelon, garnish with mint, and enjoy!
