La Rosa Verde
- 2 oz Stella Rosa® Pineapple
- ½ oz tequila blanca
- ¼ oz aloe liqueur
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz mint syrup
- Salt (pinch)
- Build in shaker using all ingredients and then shake with ice.
- Next, strain into highball glass with fresh ice.
- Top with soda and garnish with fresh mint and cucumber.
