La Rosa Verde

La Rosa Verde


- 2 oz Stella Rosa® Pineapple
- ½ oz tequila blanca
- ¼ oz aloe liqueur
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz mint syrup
- Salt (pinch)


  1. Build in shaker using all ingredients and then shake with ice.
  2. Next, strain into highball glass with fresh ice.
  3. Top with soda and garnish with fresh mint and cucumber.
