Grilled Pineapple + Mango Lemonade
- 1 bottle Stella Rosa® Tropical Mango
- 1 fresh pineapple (cleaned and sliced into long wedges)
- 1 1/2 cups lemonade
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 lemon sliced into thin rounds, optional
- Brush pineapple with olive oil and grill for about 3 minutes each side or until char marks appear, wait until cool to cut into cubes and put in pitcher.
- Add Stella Rosa® Tropical Mango, lemon slices, pineapple juice, and lemonade to the pitcher and stir.
- Add ice, garnish with pineapple wedge, and enjoy!
