Grilled Pineapple + Mango Lemonade

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 bottle Stella Rosa® Tropical Mango 
  • 1 fresh pineapple (cleaned and sliced into long wedges)
  • 1 1/2 cups lemonade
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 lemon sliced into thin rounds, optional

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1.       Brush pineapple with olive oil and grill for about 3 minutes each side or until char marks appear, wait until cool to cut into cubes and put in pitcher.
  2.       Add Stella Rosa® Tropical Mango, lemon slices, pineapple juice, and lemonade to the pitcher and stir.
  3.      Add ice, garnish with pineapple wedge, and enjoy!
