- 3 oz Stella Rosa® Blueberry
- 1 oz gin
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz spiced simple syrup*
- 4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Shake gin, lime, syrup, and bitters with ice and strain over fresh ice in a serving glass. Top with Stella Rosa® Blueberry. Garnish with a lime twist. *Spiced simple syrup: Simmer 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp nutmeg, dash coriander, drop vanilla extract, ½ cup water, until sugar melts and allow to cool. Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
