Enchant-Mint Mojito

Prep Time: ~5 mins, 1 serving 

Ingredients: 

• Stella Rosa® Prosecco
• 3 oz Dole® Pineapple juice
• Stella Rosa® Sparkles, Gold
• 1 oz rum
• Mango and lime slices
• Lime juice
• Mint
• Large ice cube

Directions:

1. In a shaker, add mint, mango slices, a squeeze of lime juice, rum, and Pineapple juice.
2. Muddle the ingredients. If desired, add a dash of Gold Stella Rosa® Sparkles.
3. Top off with Stella Rosa® Prosecco, gently stir, and then strain into a short cocktail glass with ice.
4. Garnish with a mango and lime slice plus mint and enjoy!
