Brunch Punch


- 3 oz Stella Rosa® Ruby Rosé Grapefruit
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ¾ oz lemon
- ½ oz honey
- 2 oz heavy whipping cream
- 1 egg white


In a cocktail shaker, add egg white and dry shake for 1 minute. Add rest of ingredients and shake with ice for 1 minute. Add into a rocks glass filled with 3 oz of Stella Rosa® Grapefruit and pour slowly into the glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and enjoy with some eggs, bacon, and hashbrown.
