Stella-Jito

Ingredients: 

2 oz Stella Rosa® Tropical Passion Brandy
.5 oz Lime juice & simple syrup
6 Mint leaves
3 oz Soda water

Method:

Shake ingredients over ice
Strain into collins glass over ice
Top off with soda water
Garnish with mint sprig
