How are you dealing with all this rain? We’ve found that the best way to deal with bad weather is to Stellabrate it, and to spice things up with some delicious cocktail recipes! Our team gathered around and came to the consensus that these 4 cocktail recipes are your best bet for surviving the rest of this rainy season!

1. STELLA SPICE

Stella Spice

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat water and add spices until they dilute.

Add Stella Rosa Rosso.

Keep heat on low until drink is warm (but not boiling).

2. WINTER ROSÉ

Winter Rose

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add ice, Chambord, vodka and lime juice in a shaker.

Shake well and strain into a glass of ice.

Top with Stella Rosa Imperiale Moscato Rose

and garnish with mint leaves.

3. CINNAMON APPLE PIE

Stella Rosa Platinum

INGREDIENTS:

  • Stella Rosa Platinum
  • Green apples
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish
  • Ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a glass of ice, squeeze in lemon juice and add apples.

Pour in Stella Rosa Platinum.

Add ground cinnamon.

Stir with cinnamon stick and garnish with an apple slice.

4. STELLA HOT COCO

Stella Rosa Red

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup Stella Rosa Red
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • Mint leaves
  • Small candy canes

INSTRUCTIONS:

Bring chocolate and wine to a simmer.

Whisk until all chocolate is melted.

Add water, milk, and salt.

Bring to a boil and continue whisking (3 minutes).

Serve with mint or candy canes, if desired.
