You might think that the City of Angels is home to dozens of wineries, but the truth is that many of the wineries that once thrived in Los Angeles’ booming wine industry were wiped out after The Great Depression and Prohibition. Only one survived and still remains, making it the only and oldest winery in Los Angeles: The San Antonio Winery, LA’s winery. The San Antonio Winery has been making wine for nearly 100 years. In fact, 2017 marks San Antonio Winery’s 100-year anniversary.
