1/3 cup Stella Rosa Red
1 cup milk
2/3 cup water
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate
1 pinch kosher salt
Mint leaves
Small candy canes


Bring chocolate and wine to a simmer. Whisk until all chocolate is melted. Add water, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil and continue whisking (3 minutes). Serve with mint or candy canes, if desired.
