Sparkling red wines provide balanced flavors of dark berries, while still tasting crisp and refreshing. Semi-sweet red wines can often be described as dessert wines, but are not usually that sweet, so they are still an incredible pairing for multiple dishes. Though there are some sparkling red wines that are dry, Stella Rosa has perfected the semi-sweet aspect, as to not overwhelm your taste buds with sweetness, but provide just the right amount to make drinking our wine enjoyable.
