SUMMER EVER AFTER SALAD

COOK TIME: 30 Minutes     SERVES: 1

 

  INGREDIENTS

Spinach
Grilled chicken breast, sliced
Strawberries, hulled and quartered
1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
1 Avocado, sliced
1/4 cup EVOO
1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground Black pepper
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Fresh tarragon, roughly chopped
Feta cheese

  PREPARATION

1. Add grilled chicken, strawberries, red onion, and avocado to a bowl of spinach.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together EVOO, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Drizzle over salad bowl.

3. Top with Feta cheese.

4. Enjoy with a glass of Stella Rosa® Pink.
