08 Mar Stop Wining About Not Going To The Gym, Just Drink It!
Didn’t make it to the gym this morning? No worries. Your internal cardio lover is probably making you feel so guilty about it, but everyone deserves a day off, a day to sleep in, or no cardio at all. Now, if you don’t fit into any of those categories, we have your back.
A recent study from Harvard and Washington State University claim that two glasses of wine before going to sleep may actually help burn more calories and lose weight! We aren’t scientists, but we are not going to argue about this. So skip the dessert, skip the gym, and just stick with wine! Next time you hear a friend complain about missing their spin class, or you feel guilty about not going to the gym for a week, just head over to the wine aisle of either your grocery store or your house (no judgement) and pour yourself a hefty glass, or two, of your favorite wine.
Next time you step on the scale, we hope to be lighter, and less wine-y about being sore from the gym! Let us know how you feel about these studies, and if you test it out!
