RAINBOW FRUIT SALAD

COOK TIME: 20 Minutes     SERVES: 1-2 People

 

  INGREDIENTS

Strawberries, diced
Pineapple, diced, drained
Blueberries
Red grapes, halved
Kiwis, diced
Mandarin oranges, drained
¼ cup Honey
2 tsp. Lime zest
1 tbsp. fresh Lime juice

  PREPARATION

1. Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl. Set aside.

2. Whisk honey, lime zest, lime juice.

3. Pour over fruit and toss.

4. Scoop into serving bowl and serve with a refreshing glass of Stella Rosa® Red Apple.
