1 1/2 Cups of coconut water
Stella Rosa Prosecco
1/2 pineapple juice
1 drop of pink or red food coloring
Frozen pineapple, cubed
- Pour coconut water and Stella Rosa Prosecco into a large glass pitcher.
- Pour pineapple juice in pitcher.
- Optional- add one drop of red or pink food coloring.
- Combine wand stir all ingredients in pitcher.
- Let chill in refrigerator for 45 minutes or until chilled.
- Pour into champagne flutes, and garnish with pineapple cubes on toothpicks, and enjoy!
