Freshly cooked pasta
Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
Marinated mozzarella balls
3/4 cup EVOO
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz. Basil, roughly chopped
1/4 cup Lemon juice
2 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Black pepper, freshly ground
3/4 tsp. Salt
1. Cook pasta according to box instructions or until al dente.
2. Add tomatoes, red onion, and mozzarella to pasta.
3. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients to create the dressing. Drizzle over pasta, and toss.
4. Serve with Stella Rosa® Rosso.
