ISLAND VIBES CRAB DIP

COOK TIME: 40 Minutes     SERVES: 4-6 People

 

  INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup mayo
3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup sour cream
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/3 Red bell pepper, diced
8-12 oz. imitation crab meat, broken into lumps
1 jalapeño, diced
1 celery stick, diced

  PREPARATION

1. Combine sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, garlic, light salt and pepper.

2. Add crab meat, bell pepper, celery, and jalapeño.

3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. Serve with chips and Stella Rosa® Tropical Mango.
