We’re all about wine, parties, and DIYs. Since summer is a popular time for showers, engagement parties and girlfriend brunches, we thought we’d show you how to DIY your own Stella Rosa Mimosa Bar.  It’s a simple and fun way to keep your guests entertained and liquored up.  So if you’re thinking of hosting a party in the near future, consider these quick and easy steps to get you through your first DIY Mimosa Bar.  We guarantee it will be the hit of the party!

What you’ll need:

  • Stella Rosa.  Perfectly semi-sweet and just the right amount of sparkling.  Pick up a variety of flavors so your guests can pour their favorite.  You’ll need about one bottle per every 2-3 guests, but it’s always better to have extra bottles on hand just in case.
  • Fresh Fruit.  Fresh fruit for garnish always looks pretty, but also tastes great in cocktails.  Make sure you choose bright fruits like strawberries, blueberries, and oranges to make your mimosa bar colorful and inviting.  They will infuse your drink and make it even tastier!
  •  Glasses.  You can use anything from wine glasses to champagne flutes to carafes or mason jars. Whatever the occasion or mood calls for.  Feel free to substitute with items you already own and have around the house.
  •  Fruit Juice.  Offer different juices so your guests have options.

Stella Rosa is best served chilled, so remember to put your wine in the fridge the night before or you can put the bottles in a small ice bucket on your table.  You can use sparkling wine or club soda for an alcohol-free option.

Tip: Add a colorful table cover, fun straws, a chalk board to write a fun note or bar sign, a garland or banner and you’re all set to party!

You can find Stella Rosa at your local retailer or at San Antonio Winery, in-store or online.  Follow us on Pinterest and don’t forget to hashtag your best wine pictures with #StellaRosa on Instagram and Twitter.
