SUMMER SANGRIA

INGREDIENTS

3 oz. Stella Rosa Pineapple, chilled
3 oz. Stella Rosa Rosso, chilled
1½ oz. gin
1 tsp. triple sec
½ cup muddled blackberries
2 oz. orange Juice
1 oz. lime juice
2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the blackberries on the bottom of the glass and use the back of a wooden spoon to muddle the berries. After the berries are muddled, add ice, gin, triple sec, orange juice, and lime juice. Top with Stella Rosa Rosso and Pineapple. Gently stir, garnish with thyme leaves, and enjoy!
