1 1/2 Cups of coconut water
Stella Rosa Prosecco
1/2 pineapple juice
1 drop of pink or red food coloring
Frozen pineapple, cubed
Pour coconut water and Stella Rosa Prosecco into a large glass pitcher. Pour pineapple juice in pitcher. Optional- add one drop of red or pink food coloring. Combine wand stir all ingredients in pitcher. Let chill in refrigerator for 45 minutes or until chilled. Pour into champagne flutes, and garnish with pineapple cubes on toothpicks, and enjoy!
