NEW YORK SOUR

INGREDIENTS

½ oz. bourbon whiskey
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
Stella Rosa Imperiale Rosso Lux
Large ice cubes or balls

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and regular ice in a shaker. Strain into a glass with a large ice cube or ball. Gently pour Stella Rosa Imperiale Rosso Lux over the back of a spoon that is held just above the drink’s surface. This will allow the wine to float on top.
