Mango Mai Tai

INGREDIENTS:
  • Stella Rosa Pineapple
  • Stella Rosa Tropical Mango
  • 1½ oz. rum
  • Ice
  • 1 oz. orgeat syrup
  • A mint sprig and a pineapple slice (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Combine all ingredients except Stella Rosa Pineapple and Stella Rosa Tropical Mango in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake well.

  3. Strain over crushed ice in a tiki glass.

  4. Top with Stella Rosa Pineapple and Stella Rosa Tropical Mango (we like equal parts but you can adjust it based on your preference!)

  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a pineapple slice.
