Combine all ingredients except Stella Rosa Pineapple and Stella Rosa Tropical Mango in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake well.
Strain over crushed ice in a tiki glass.
Top with Stella Rosa Pineapple and Stella Rosa Tropical Mango (we like equal parts but you can adjust it based on your preference!)
Garnish with a mint sprig and a pineapple slice.
