1 bottle Stella Rosa Pineapple, chilled
1 whole pineapple, scooped out like a cup
2 tbsp. shredded coconut
1½ oz. white rum
After you’ve scooped out the insides of the whole pineapple, place a handful of ice inside it. Pour in white rum and top off with Stella Rosa Pineapple; gently stir. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top for garnish and enjoy!
