- 4 oz Stella Rosa® Pineapple
- 3 oz Coconut Rum
- Fresh pineapple
- 3 tbsp Shredded coconut
- Garnish: Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry
- Muddle mint leaves in a glass.
- Add the rum, lime juice, and ice. Stir.
- Top with Stella Rosa Lemon Lime.
- Garnish with mint and lime wedge.
