1 bottle Stella Rosa Green Apple
2 large cucumbers
1 small Serrano pepper
1 oz. white tequila
1/2 oz. lemon juice
Cayenne pepper and Salt for rim
Cube the cucumber and place into a blender. Squeeze in the lemon and lime juice. Pour Stella Rosa Green Apple and blend until smooth. Add the blended juice into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Also in that cocktail shaker, add tequila and Serrano slices, and then shake vigorously. On a small plate, mix together some cayenne pepper and salt. Rim each glass with lime and salt the rims. Place ice in the glasses and strain the mixture into each glass. Garnish with cucumber slices and enjoy!
