Ingredients:
• 1 bottle of Stella Rosa® Pearl Lux Rosé or Prosecco.
• 2 scoops of lemon sorbet
• 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions:
1. Scoop two large scoops of sorbet into a champagne glass.
2. Pour in Stella Rosa® Pearl Lux Rosé or Prosecco, and garnish with lemon slices.
