AMBROSIA FRUIT SALAD

COOK TIME: 30 Minutes     SERVES: 2-4 People

 

  INGREDIENTS

8 oz. whipped cream
½ cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup coconut, shredded
11 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
8 oz. can crushed/ cut pineapple, drained
1 cup Maraschino cherries, drained
½ cup pecans, chopped
½ cup mini marshmallows

  PREPARATION

1. Using a spatula, combine whipped cream and yogurt in a bowl.

2. Carefully fold in shredded coconut, mandarin oranges, pineapple, cherries, chopped pecans, and marshmallows.

3. Chill salad in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.

4. Enjoy with Stella Rosa® Rosé.
