S’more Marshmallow Pops

Here’s your super easy Marshmallow Pops recipe, great for any upcoming party or summer gathering! These pops are simple, decadent and practically effortless. This is an endless fun foodie dessert your friends will love. Roll them in sprinkles, coconut, crushed nuts, graham cracker crumbs, finely chopped candy bars, or anything you’re craving. Pair these delicious treats with a chilled glass of Stella Rosa wine and have a Stellabration. All you need is…

Ingredients
One bag of Marshmallows
Chocolate
Your choice of topping (sprinkles, coconut, crushed nuts, graham cracker crumbs, etc.)
Lollipop sticks
Small cellophane bags (if you want to wrap them up)

~ Directions ~

1. Push a lollipop stick into each marshmallow.
2. Melt some chocolate. You will probably need 4-8 oz. of chocolate, depending on how many marshmallows you dip.
3. Dip one marshmallow at a time into the chocolate.
4. Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then sprinkle your choice of topping onto the chocolate.
5. Set the marshmallow pop (stick down) in a mug to allow the chocolate to set (you can put the mug of pops in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes).

Popcorn Confetti Bundt Cake

Indulge yourself! This easy-to-make and extravagantly delicious dessert will not only make your stresses go away but will impress the lucky people you share it with. This is our take on the Popcorn Confetti Bundt Cake, featured on Food Network’s The Kitchen, and we’re enjoying it with our favorite wine, Stella Rosa® Rosso.

Ingredients:

Non-stick cooking spray

5 cups plain popcorn

5 cups caramel popcorn

1 cup macadamia nuts

9 cups marshmallows

5 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 teaspoons sprinkles

Instructions:

1. Spray Bundt pan with non-stick spray.
2. Chop macadamia nuts.
3. Combine plain popcorn, caramel popcorn, and macadamia nuts in a large bowl.
4. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
5. Add marshmallows and stir until they are melted.
6. Pour the popcorn mixture into the melted marshmallows and stir until all the popcorn is coated.
7. Transfer to the Bundt pan and let sit for 1 hour to set
8. Turn the pan upside-down onto a serving platter to release the cake.
9. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.

Instructions:

Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Hot Cocoa

When you were a kid, hot cocoa made everything better, well the rule still applies as an adult and we’re stepping it up with Stella Rosa!  Stella Rosa Hot Cocoa cocktail is sure to keep you warm and feeling good throughout the chilly winter nights ahead.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Stella Rosa Red

1 cup milk

2/3 cup water

6 oz. bittersweet chocolate

1 pinch kosher salt

Mint leaves

Small candy canes

Instructions:

Bring chocolate and wine to a simmer.

Whisk until all chocolate is melted.

Add water, milk, and salt.

Bring to a boil and continue whisking (3 minutes).

Serve with mint or candy canes, if desired.

You’ll need:

Grab a pitcher and combine all the ingredients. Let the flavors mix for a few hours in the fridge. When ready to serve, pour the drink over ice and garnish with an apple slice or an orange slice.

Take A Sip Down Candy Cane Lane

There is always a sense of magic in the air during the holiday season, and our Candy Cane Lane cocktail brings you that holiday magic that you can literally taste! This specialty cocktail of ours is the perfect drink to have at any and all of your holiday parties. There is just a tiny bit of work and waiting involved to get these made, but trust us, it’s well-worth it!

Ingredients
• 4 parts Stella Rosa Imperiale Prosecco
• 1 part peppermint vodka
• Chocolate chips
• Candy canes

Instructions
1. Crush the candy canes into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
2. Melt the chocolate over the stove or in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring repeatedly.
3. Dip the rims of your serving glasses into the melted chocolate, and then roll them in the candy cane bits.
4. Place the glasses in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
5. When ready to serve, fill the glasses first with the peppermint vodka then with the Stella Rosa Imperiale Prosecco.

Stella Red Cranberry Sauce

Not sure what to bring to your Thanksgiving gathering this year? We got you! How about a sweet and simple cranberry sauce that is made with Stella Rosa Red? If that intrigues you, keep reading because all you need is just a few ingredients and a bottle of your favorite Stella Rosa to get you started on this savory and sweet side dish.

Ingredients:
• ¾ cup Stella Rosa Red
• ½ cup water
• 12 whole cloves
• 12 oz. fresh cranberries
• ½ cup (packed) brown sugar

Directions:
1. Bring Stella Rosa Red, water, and cloves to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium-high heat.
2. Once boiling, reduce heat and allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
3. Discard the cloves.
4. Add the cranberries and brown sugar. Bring heat back up to medium-high until boiling.
5. Once boiling, reduce heat again and simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until cranberries pop. Stir frequently.
6. Remove from heat and transfer sauce to a bowl. Allow it to cool completely before covering and refrigerating until ready to serve

No. Eleven

Dare to try some stranger things this Stellaween? Spook yourself out with this No. Eleven cocktail, a tribute to Stranger Things, which is currently one of our favorite series on Netflix! it may be a little peculiar-looking, but it is certainly delicious. Trust us, friends don’t lie.

Ingredients
Stella Rosa Red or Black
– Orange Slices
– Blackberries
– Rambutan
– Ice

Instructions
1. Add ice, blackberries, and orange slices to a cocktail shaker.
2. Squeeze in juice of 1/2 orange.
3. Shake.
4. Remove lid of shaker. Take your serving glass and insert it upside down into the shaker. Holding both the shaker and serving glass together tightly, turn it upside down so that the cocktail pours out into the serving glass.
5. Top with Stella Rosa Red or Black and garnish with an unusual-looking rambutan fruit.

Truthfully, the rambutan is just for looks, but feel free to bite into it if you are feeling a little more adventurous!

1. Fill shaker with ice.
2. Add pumpkin and cream liqueur or vodka and shake. Strain into a glass.
3. Add Stella Rosa Moscato d’Asti.
4. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.

Watermelon Slush

Moscato Frosé, aka frozen rosé slushy, aka the perfect poolside cocktail, is a cool, fun, and über summertime refreshment! This boozy slushy is what summer dreams are made of. It’s pink, delicious and perfect for your next summer get-together!

Here’s what you need:
• Stella Rosa Moscato Rosé
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup water
• 6-8 ounces strawberries, hulled and sliced
• 2 ½ ounces fresh lemon juice
• 1 cup ice

Directions:
Pour Stella Rosa Moscato Rosé in a medium-sized container and freeze for at least 6 hours.

In a saucepan, add sugar and ½ cup of water and bring to a boil. Stir until all sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add strawberries and let sit for 30 minutes. Strain liquid into a small bowl with a mesh sieve and chill for about 30 minutes until cold.

Add the frozen Stella Rosa Moscato Rosé, lemon juice, strawberry syrup and ice into a blender and mix until smooth. Freeze liquid once more for 30 minutes then blend again until liquid is slushy. Serve in glasses and enjoy!

Berry Whirl
• 8 oz. Stella Rosa Berry
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
• Crushed ice

Pretty in Pink Cooler
• 4 oz. Stella Rosa Pink
• 4 oz. frozen strawberries
• 1 ¼ cup frozen mixed berries
• Crushed ice
• Strawberry slice for garnish

Juice-A-Peel
• 8 oz. Stella Rosa Peach
• 1 cup orange juice
• ¼ cup frozen mango
• Crushed ice

Never Mellow Yellow
• 8 oz. Stella Rosa Moscato d’Asti
• 1 cup frozen pineapple
• ¼ cup frozen peaches
• Crushed ice

Wine Jello Cups

Stella Rosa never fails to find a way to upgrade your favorite childhood treats into an adults-only version. We’ve done a Creamsicle cocktail that tastes just like the real deal popsicle, gummy bears, lollipops, and ice cream floats, just to name a few. Now we bring you Stella Rosa Jello! You can easily make these into Stella Rosa Jello shots but you know us, we’re a little extra so we made some fancy-pants layered Jello fruit cups.

What you’ll need:
Stella Rosa wine – your choice of flavor
• Jello mix – your choice of flavor
• Water
• Cool Whip
• Fresh fruit

Let’s make Stella Rosa Jello cups!
1. Bottom layer: combine 1 cup of boiling water and 1 package of Jello mixture until it is fully dissolved. Stir in 1 cup of Stella Rosa. Divide mixture evenly among your serving cups, and refrigerate immediately to let them set.
2. Middle layer: combine 1 cup of boiling water and 1 package of Jello mixture until it is fully dissolved. Mix in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Divide mixture evenly among your serving cups, layering them on top of the set bottom layer. Put the cups back in the fridge so this layer can set.
3. Top layer: repeat step one and divide this mixture evenly among your serving cups, layering them on top of the set middle layer. Refrigerate the cups so the top layer sets.
4. When ready to serve, top each Jello cup with Cool Whip and fresh fruit.

Pro tips:
• If you want more fruit in your Jello cup, cut up some pieces and drop them into the Jello cup after pouring in the liquid mixture. Then place the cups in the fridge to set.
• Keep adding layers of Jello! Just repeat and alternate the steps.
• To achieve the look of our angled Jello, prop your cups on its side in a small box or on the shelf so that the Jello sets at an angle.
